Work sucks. Laze moar. D:
No, okay, it's really not that bad. I'm just ready for a nice long break. T__T I'm planning on going to Austin for a week or so maybe next week, maybe in a couple weeks, just to sort of take a break from the house, from Lubbock, from worrying about college, etc... Going to see my Aunt Fran. :3 She's been telling me again and again that I need to come visit her. And I am excited. She's living in an apartment now, and I bet it's modern and lovely. She has good taste in furniture/living quarters! Her house in Louisiana was so pretty!! (Did you ever see it, cousins? I always loved it.) Oh, and she offered me some of her furniture for college. 8D Fuckin' score.
There's a Japanese exhibit at a museum there, which I mentioned, that has Yoshida, my new flame, and Hokusai, the ever-famous flame, so I'm pretty pumped about that, too! And there's the music scene, there's the food, there's just the general -funk- that is Austin! I've never been, so I'm excited.
If I do go, I also hope I'll get to see an old friend of mine! Codie and my friend, Eleni, lives in Austin. Eleni was dating Codie briefly before Codie and I hooked up. |D I um... sort of... uh... stole Codie from her. <3 But man! Come on. They were so not compatible as partners! All they would ever do around other people is fight! It was -obnoxious- more than anything. Hahaha.
Frigggg. I have to leave for work in, like, twenty minutes. This blows. >_< I really, really hope my manager didn't set me up for two parties today. Fuck that. If I have my only scheduled party, I should be home at 2:45. If I have to cover someone else's shift without being told, I'll be home LATE. Fuck that!!
P.S. Note to self: buy cloves of garlic. Make roasted garlic. Repel EVERYONE. <3
