Even his friend was acting less than.. normal; going on about how they were planning to escape and giving him that look of disappointment when he admitted not remembering a thing. 'We were planning to escape...' He thought to himself, sitting up from his bed. ' Escaping....' Don't suppose a raft would do the trick this time. 'Escape from where? Why. How..just...' He could stay in his room trying to sort out what he'd learned so far, or the alternative of getting it from someone else---He didn't really care for either option very much. Riku, being Riku, liked doing and seeing rather than being told what was going on.
It didn’t look like there was anyone around to guard over the door, either. So if he was careful.. Maybe he could sneak out. Who knew sneaking out of his own house late at night would ever be useful. After a good deal of rummaging through the room, Riku took a flashlight, along with some of the other things that were lingering in the room and headed out.
After many twists and turns, he found himself in another undescript hall. “This is getting nowhere...” He muttered, shining the flashlight low to make sure he didn’t attract any attention. When he heard that same ‘click’, along with the two pair of footsteps, he made sure to shine the light directly at what was making the noise, if he did that they couldn’t see him through the light. A good thing. But instead of doctors, they looked like patients. “How did you two get out?” Don’t suppose that they were just left to roam free at night.
