He continues to stare at the screen before two Pikachu bros pop up on either side of it with a curious "Pika-pi?", with one distinctly smaller than the other

[He's managed to distract Jumpluff with a piece of colored paper, and it's happily nomming on that instead of his hair.]

I couldn't tell you for sure, really. Ven said he did that a lot before he evolved, though.

I think it's called a Jumpluff. It's the final stage of those floating grass Pokemon.
