So I watched bridesmaids, i think with Margaret. I think we had apprehensions going into it but decided to check it out, it was all the rage after-all. If you enjoyed bridesmaids and lack the humility to hear someone say something very negative about the movie, exit here---->()*() We both really didn't like it very much at all im afraid pardon me for my opinion. It was incredibly unfunny, not many laughs, standard goofball movie with usual comedic tropes doing things in an unfunny manner. You got the butchie fat one who eats hogies and wears kanga hats or something all the time, some crapping in a sink and i believe crapping on a road, in a wedding dress no less!, some unfunny eating of things i believe may have happened and some other stuff usually based around out-bulged eyes or something and maybe like fast running Benny Hill sequences with doors. The movie gets massive praise from everyone for being an outstanding comedy worthy to be inaugurated into some hall of fame, before it was released. People are heralding it as a break out comedic standard or something for women because they take craps and barf. Apparently society has finally grown up because a depiction of a woman crapping in a sink is now mainstream and hence women have gained some respect and will be held to a more equal standard. But too bad they forgot that it was entirely unfunny. Me and Margaret put together a cast for a bridesmaids movie, except that this movie wouldn't be about weddings cause weddings are stupid, unlike us.
