Every New Beginning Comes From Some Other Beginning's End
So today ends our staff training. Its been a long three weeks, from the start of the leadership programming week until now. I am physically, emotionally, and spiritually burnt out. I can no longer sit and listen to the same people talk for long periods of time. I can no longer put up with people talking while I'm trying to train them on Day Camp material. I can no longer put up with people disrepecting me.
I cannot wait for campers to arrive on Sunday. Or I guess in my case to get in the silver van and drive to the campers. It promises to be a good week with Spencer, Sarah Herrle, Katy Kettles, and Eric Shafer. I am looking forward to putting my programming into action.
Emily and Eric Myers have both been in quarintine already. We had a massive thunderstorm when we were at stony. Is history repeating itself?
