Rebirth. To be born again, to be given a new start, I lived and functioned everyday but I wasn’t truly alive, not until I met him.
His name was Orlando, and he was the one who taught me to live again, truly live. Not the half life I was living for so many years, his smile was infectious as was his laughter. He had this unique ability to see the good in people, and in myself that I didn’t know was still there. Because of him I began painting again, he is gone now my Orlando. I miss him still.
