what a sucky title. hahah. i love love love YB that i just want to blog about the whole drama and post tons of caps. was able to watched this last year after seeing DOREMEFASOLATIDO cutie jang geun suk. i was (again) on a mission to stalk and feed my unending insanity over "unreachable" guys. i am quite skeptic about this drama at first because i really didn't find the drama poster appealing AT ALL. plus. jang geun suk is so thin. i heard he have to lose something something pounds to play the role. but then, i still gave it a shot. and have no regrets about it. this drama has proven that first impression doesn't last.

Hwang Tae Kyung - by Jang Geun Suk
AN.Jell's grumpy leader. as stated, i watched this drama because of him. i was a bit disappointed because he lose weight though he still looks cute. but not as cute as doremi. and his vocals and acting are still great. :) i think he should make a compilation of the songs he sang for all the movies/drama he did.
Go Mi Nam/ Go Min Nyeo - by Park Shin Hye
sometimes, i base on how charming/cute/adorable the main characters' looks if ill be watching the drama or not. and, in all honesty i didn't find the main female lead one. at first. i ate my words when i saw her etude commercials. oogosh, she's so pretty. really. and they look extra cute together. *squeeling now*
she plays two parts - Go Mi Nam (male); Mi Nyeo (female). they are supposed to be twins and for some unfortunate circumstances the female twin (Mi Nyeo) have to pretend to be the male twin (Mi Nam).
Kang Shin Woo - by Jung Yong Wa
again, not appealing for me. but as the drama goes he grew on me. a true blue definition of a hopeless and a romantic. XD why do i always fall for the second male lead? ugh. why shin woo? hahah. i may have the always falling for the second male lead complex.
Jeremy - by Lee Hong Ki
the very first time he spoke i immediately thought that he would be the airhead. and i didn't disappoint. he's quirky, adorable and lovable. he reminds me a lot of sho (precious facial expressions) and aiba (attitude and behavior).
other characters:
Yoo He Yi - by UEE
she's supposed to be the main antagonist of the story but i don't see her that way. i am digging her role. and hair too. and the legs as well. she is the type of antagonist that you would love to hate but cant because you like her. hahahah. yeah, it goes something like that.
Manager Ma, Assistant Wang and Pres. Ahn - by Kim In Kwon, Choi Soo Eun and Jung Chan
Small roles but more or less made a huge contribution in the drama. Manager Ma, who had the idea of making Mi Nyeo pretend to be her brother, Asst Wang, who revealed secrets in some unusual ways and the the clueless President Ahn.
The Aunt - by Choi Ran
another wrong first impression. she may look like a money grubbing aunt on the outside but deep inside, she is a likable character. and hell she's so lucky to be able to butt slap jang geun suk more or less three times.
Mr. Kim - by Jang Won Young
incredibly annoying photographer who trails around the idols' private lives. but was the laughing stock of the drama due to his bad luck.
Mo Hwa Ran - Kim Sun Ryung
i would say that i super love all YB characters but her. seriously annoying delusional b*tch. hahahah. feel the angst? she is so unreasonable. although repentant at the last episode, i didn't like her character at all. all she does is torment her OWN son, cry, wallow and drink alcohol. irritating and boring.
on to the precious moments :)
THE FIRSTS:
introductory scene of AN.JELL.. men in white. that actually is one of my weakness. they are singing Promise originally by FT Island, if not mistaken. not really sure about the original singer.
go mi nam's party. a vomiting drunk go mi nam and a helpful tae kyung. hahah. a neat freak tae kyung close to vomiting himself while holding a flower pot for mi nam. eeeew. :/
jeremy harassing confronting a sober but confused mi nam regarding the night's events. i should have capped the juicy lips of hong ki. when i say juicy, literally. watch it to see what i mean. this has proven what i thought about jeremy - incredibly loud, fun and a cute airhead.
the ever calm, tea loving shin woo. and he is still in white. men in white is ♥. is it just me or calm tea loving men in dramas are the trademark of second male leads?
a disgruntled and disgusted tae kyung after remembering the night's unfortunate events.
EPIC MOMENTS and THOSE WITH A LOT OF LOVE ♥♥♥
it is obviously apparent to everyone that hwang tae kyung can't stand go mi nam. and what would you conclude upon seeing this and hearing the "it wasnt me" excuse. this is the time i realized that this drama will be a blast.
nothing much special with cap. but this was when it was revealed that shin woo knows the "secret" about mi nam. and jeremy is, being jeremy. not that he is dull but his body notices what his simple mind cant comprehend about mi nam.
what would you do if you were trapped in a room full of naked guys ready to shower? i'd go sightseeing. hahahah. naaaah. mi nam is creative enough to just imagine those guys are little innocent cherubs. but she isn't smart enough to see the meaning behind shin woo's words.
extra close encounter with tae kyung. is the wall between tae kyung and mi nam finally shrinking? i think so. now that tae kyung and shin woo knows mi nam's true identity, though she isn't aware of the latter's knowledge, what's going to happen?
extra close encounter with shin woo. seeing a wounded mi nam. he called mi nam so that he can clean the latter's wounds. dont you think that sweet? i do.. >_<
see. random facial expression in a matter of minutes. oh jeremy, what is not to love about you? some would think sho does it better. and some would contradict it. but everyone should agree that both are just priceless. pure win.
even jeremy's way of rebelling against mi nam is nothing but cute. a water fight. i'd love to try that. its a fight between AN.Jell's baby jeremy and cal prince shin woo. jeremy, why so squishy?

evening in the porch + candles + flowers = super !! wouldn't it be nice if every girl would have somebody who is willing to look after her everytime she's in need/ trouble. ahh~~ a stunningly gorgeous guardian angel. i want one!
they did grow on me. their first performance with mi nam. i heard that what made this performance extra fantastic was the crowd. if i have read an article correctly fans, as in real AN.Jell fans, did came to the set to watch them perform. so the hype and screams are real.
what is that i smell? kfc. L-O-V-E. love is starting to fill the air. it's subtly bringing out kept emotions.
even jeremy is in denial.

another thing that i realized in dramas is, in one way or the other they have to share a room for sometime. and how can they actually sleep comfortably, i have no idea.

Go Mi Nam: "there are a lot of stars but there's a sparkling one that keeps on shining non-stop i cannot control myself to keep on looking at it"

Go Mi Nam: "yes, that star is beloved by many... ..ive been liking it secretly. isnt it a crime to do that?"

it's now time for jeremy to steal the sweetness spotlight from his hyungs, and he did it perfectly.
it's a perfect therapy. he let mi nam cry, ate sweets, enjoy and play in the arcades, and gave her a quiet alone time. and ever sweet one line from jeremy in his magical bus. a two thumbs up for jeremy.
i am recommending this as a must watch for the guys out there. they can get some useful tips to look after a girl. oh shin woo.. :) you do the sweetest things. and i kinda want to slap mi nam's back here for not realizing that she is the girl in shin woo's story. tsk.

the stuffed pig-rabbit was born. these three guys have an overflowing of sweet ideas.THIS IS REALLY A MUST WATCH FOR THOSE GUYS OUT THERE! you don't have to be a richie rich to make a girl feel special. all they need is a creative mind and a pure intention.
take good care of her when sick and make sure to not let the beautiful evil witch come close. :D
and when all else fails. black mail her by saying you'll tell her daddy that she'd been very naughty just like tae kyung did. let the daddy's with do the spanking. (LOL)
another 'aaaw' worthy line from tae kyung. it's good that tae kyung is slowly realizing that mi nam is special to him. and annoying because mi nam can't seem grasp that idea. it's either she has low self esteem OR her mind works THAT simple.
a color of relief can be seen on jeremy's face upon learning that mi nam is indeed a girl. yay for him. not gay!
..and funny because jeremy finds every excuse to hug go mi nam in which is prevented by either shin woo or tae kyung or both.
another thing that boys should have on their search for a girlfriend cv is doing odd jobs for her. unglue-ing her hands for instance.
or maybe kissing her all of sudden to stop her from going on a date with a guy that likes her. but this should be done in extreme extreme situations. like those times when you just couldn't hold your emotions in.
the latter action, IF the girl really likes a guy, might result to confusion, trance and seeing fireworks.
i really like musically inclined people. this moment with shin woo made me fall for him again. a classic martyr for love. those guys are extinct sadly.
after that un-intentional sweet kiss is the awkward stage. the body freeze and eye rolling was just too cute for words.
and when she can't see, hold her hands. guide her. be her eyes. XD
this is fun. yoo he yi, blackmailing the guys that she'll expose the secret just to get them be on her side. and their tortured expressions are cute. love it.
it is more than a fairy tale. she is liked by not one. not two. but three good looking guys. *sigh*
jealousy. at last, he's already acknowledging it. and he now realized that mi nam likes him and shin woo, thanks to manager ma.

this one is cute in a way. though, i think, it could have been him on tae kyung's place if was able to come clean from the very beginning that he knows the truth. and the clumsy love story that he told mi nam could have been the truth if he just simply told mi nam minus the mushiness extra toppings.
