We got a letter from the land lord today...
This is the letter:
To ALL TENANTS:
DO NOT USE THE DUMPSTER LOCATED BEHIND 1601 (STREET NAME). The first dumpster on your right after you turn off (street name). This dumpster is for the tenants renting from Texas Properties. The owners of these properties and Texas Properties are not happy with the dumpster overflowing. They DO NOT want any one but their tenants utilizing this dumpster.
This is also to inform you that they will go through any sacks that are left outside the dumpster to find any mail to identify who's trash it is. If it is not one of their tenants and it's YOU, they will file trespassing against you! I know this is ridiculous, but this is how they run their business. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office....

I got a laugh out it, Cause I use that dumpster all the time. Dang. I guess you can get too much of a good thing.
