(no subject)
Yesterday at 1am, I had a dream about a bar of steel I was trying to guide through 2 holes. I couldn't get them to line up and the harder I tried the more my head hurt.
Eventually I woke up, my head was throbbing behind my left eye.
Something was wrong, I was just brought out of sleep by an extremely painful headache. Camille woke up and asked if I was alright. I tossed and turned and realized I was breathing in deep involuntarily. My mouth was wide open and I was incessantly yawning big yawns. I couldn't breath.
I asked her to call my mom, again this was 1:30am, to see if she had any proventil. SHe didn't have anything but her and dad came over. She convinced me to go to the ER so we went. Sat there for a little until we got a tiny room with a glass wall. Felt like a hamster cage. A Doctor came in later after I fell asleep, asked a few questions and made his diagnosis.
LAter a respiratory therapist came in a tested my lung strength. SHe had me blow into a deal that measures all that. FOr my age and height I had to blow a 600, instead I blew a 300. Essentially I only had 1 lung.
She gave me a breathing Nebulizer and before I left it was a 550. They took some chest X RAYS and after the all clear was given, we left at 4:45.
I stayed home from and now I'm back. feels good.
I'm alright.
