All right guys...PICTURES of Friday and Saturday. These were taken with my lovely camera phone, and if you're in one of these pictures and want it to be taken down, please let me know. An explanation would be lovely as well, but I'm easy.
Unfortunately, the last one turned out blurry, but it still gives you a pretty decent idea of how hectic things were yesterday at the ticket table alone for the TLC/IMAX experience.

Friday was interesting...went to the Detroit IMAX with my German class after going to the midnight showing with Paige. I'm too tired to write up a coherent movie review right now...but I have much to say.
After driving home from Dearborn a little before 11PM, I tried to go to bed but ended up freaking out about the flight, so...yeah. Got up at 3AM to catch my flight, had horrible, horrible thoughts of being stranded that were just my imagination acting up after such little sleep, went out to brunch somewhere on Broadway...maybe...112th St.? I don't remember. Drove to the IMAX theatre.
I ended up being a "POA IMAX Staff" member, which only meant I slapped wristbands on to roughly 500 people for two and a half hours. 'Twas enjoyable. Helped where I could, but Melissa and the other TLC editors who attended the show did an AMAZING job with organization and everything.
Uh...right. Dozen of us went out to a bar afterwards, then ended up going to an Italian restaurant called Ciao Stella. Very nice...very pricey, but very nice. Funny thing is I had a sip of...this fruity stuff at the restaurant but didn't even touch a beer bottle at the bar. Go figure.
Err...everyone watched School of Rock last night...or this morning, actually...but I was so damn tired that I couldn't even stay awake through the credits, so I just went up to bed. Got up a little before seven and was at my airport gate by ten to eight. Newark's easy to get through. Flew home, took Dad out to lunch at Fuddrucker's, saw POA again (that's four times in as many days with never seeing it twice on the same day), and...that's it.
I did read Ella Enchanted on the plane and thought it was rather good.
...that's about it, really. I'm not going into detail, and for good reason with most of it, plus I'm at the point where I'm so exhausted that I'm awake just on principle.
Off to the caribbean in a week, and I owe a certain redheaded friend of mine an outline or two.
Ciao,
aC
