Irreconcilable Differences: True Blood Star Rutina Welsey Files for Divorce
Eight years is almost an eternity in Hollywood marriage terms.
But the long lasting union between True Blood star Rutina Wesley and husband Jacob Fishel has seemingly ended with the actress filing for divorce.

Rutina has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason she wants to end their marriage.
The pair are both actors and met when they were students at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York, long before she made it big.
And according to TMZ she is trying to make sure he cannot get his hands on her assets, asking the judge to reject any claim he might make for spousal support.
The pair tied the knot after graduating back in 2005, but their careers have went in wildly different directions. While she became a internationally known name starring as waitress-turned-vampire Tara Thronton in True Blood, her man has struggled to pick up roles. Indeed he has not starred in any television or movie projects since 2009, where he played a character called Jake in little known picture How I Got Lost.
