Lana's 30th Birthday Extravagannnnnnnnnnzzzzzzzzaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Ok, so nothing quite so serious as that. But. This IS an invite to come out and have drinks with me (Lana) on 30 June, 2006 at the The Westin Hotel, LAX. They say it's an awesome thing to make it to age 30, and I figure I may as well commemorate it with some of my favorite people. (YES, that means you. Stop fishing, sheesh.)

Directions: Um, basically, take the 405 until you get to Century (i think there's a Century exit???) and then like, drive on Century until you see a large building with a sign that says "THE WESTIN HOTEL" on top of it. (If you find yourself in the LAX parking lot, then you've gone too far. If you pass a giant football sized place that blazes the huge words "HOLLYWOOD PARK CASINO", you'll need to turn around and go back the other way.) But you know, to avoid all the confusion? Just Google or Mapquest it or something. OR! you could call me (210.643.2403), and I'll guide you in better than those airport landing lights. Because I'm useful like that. Ok, not really, but it's fun to say so.
So. I hope to see you there. I'll have cake! & Mixed nuts! (they're free, y'know.) And maybe an hors d'oeuvres or two. We'll be there allllllll night. AND, they validate parking (for the first 4 hours), so you really have no excuse to skip it. PLUS, too? There'll be lots of laughter and hugging and kissing and stuff. Because I have it on good authority that laughing, hugging & kissing are the general activities of birthday celebrations. Especially mine. Because I'm infinitely huggable & kissable. (= Guests, of course, are welcome. The more, the merrier!
