I tried getting a closer shot of the tiny tiny Britannian emblems I cut out for his uniform, but the camera really didn't like me apparently.

I'm sad the camera didn't get this shot well. Because Suzaku was supposted to look like he was about to kick one Gino while Lelouch was about to shoot the other. WIth Plushino looming ominously.

Grand total time was 20 hours.... and five minutes. Assuming I did my math right anyway (which I probably didn't). He's made out of flannel (though I think the white and black was labeled as 'super flannel'?) and he cost me three nights of sleep. So I further proved my nocturnal activity. Unfortunately some of his edges are frayed (around the hair, the emblems and coat tails, specifically) since I don't really know how to prevent that. My schedule for working on it went as follows (and from as I clocked the time on completion of parts):

Arm A: 7 - 8 AM
Break: 8 AM - 9 AM
Head adjustments: 9 AM - 10 AM

I'd say I never want to do this again, but I know I will. Plus it was kinda fun, save for the thread knotting. If I get to Otakon 2010 and succeed in getting a Suzaku cosplay, he'll be coming with me. Well, he'd be coming with me anyway, but being Suzaku while carrying him around would be adorable (assuming I don't get an Arthur along the way). He looks a little silly (I was hoping he'd be bigger and floppier, but clearly that didn't happen) but I'm still a beginner in the whole "sewing" thing. XD;
The music that accompanied me for a majority of this were Abney Park (especially Æther Shanties), Touhou music (mostly Subterranean Animism and Imperishable Night), and the occasional listening of Phil Collins, Jethro Tull and BlazBlue. Surprisingly, not once did I listen to Reason, Gino and XIngke's character song. Derp.
