waking up

Aug 09, 2006 08:39

so it is 8:40 am, and i still need to dress, eat, and make lunch for the work day that lies ahead. I, however, need to air this before my soul explodes.

I spent the night at the Village Green Inn.

This is the equivalent hotel of the infamous nightclub, the Galaxy. Icky.

I was there with my good friend also known as Amy, and her friends. Never, never did I expect to stay there. We went for coffee to air our grievances, discuss relationships (and ex relationships), and hang out as we haven’t for about 2 weeks now, and for us that is painful and unusual cruelty.

But yes, her friends who are filming here in the Valley are around, and they are a nice bunch of people. Their only flaw is that they are staying at the "Villy." Now, that is even fine for a quick drop in 'hello' and dash, not to get ridiculously drunk and have to crash there. But that is what I did, after 3 beers and 3 vodka/sevens, with much more than the ounce that is called for in a drink.

Classy, so very classy.

So what else do I have to say? I wake up thinking "oh GOD this is another one down for the books" and shamefully go out an 'alarmed' exit, crawling underneath the 'gated' complex using my arms in a push-up position so as to avoid coming into direct contact with the ground.

I come home, shower, and wonder if what I feel is still drunkedness, or the beginnings of a hangover. Whatever it is, I have to go through the rest of the day feeling this way, progressively feeling worse and then slowly better around 2 pm. I am assuming this of course, but we shall see.

A good night was had by all though, and I never thought I was commandeer some strangers bed as my own, and force him to stay with Amy. I was supposed to be with her, but I guess that is what happens when you pass out before everyone else in the 'party room.'

Until I feel sober...
Bye!
