I'm slowly getting back in the gym habit. For some reason I'm having a harder time emotionally dealing with the extra weight this time around - maybe because we were in the dead of winter after I had Abi, so I could just cover up with multiple layers. I love my little ones more than anything, and of course they are my main focus, but I really just feel fat and generally not good about myself. Yeah okay, sorry about that. Sigh.
