I love when people from personnel agencies I've sent resumes out to call and ask if I have any accounting experience beyond what I've listed on my business resume. Because, you know, I like to keep some of my experience off the resume so that I can whip it out when asked so as to be all impressive and dramatic and shit. In fact, perhaps I should add to the intrigue by putting the line "And that's not all..." at the bottom of the experience section.

Today I learned that basically my degree counts for fuck all. Kinda nice.

Why, Renee? WHY? Bye bye crush. Girl has problems. I feel like she's getting the bitch edit, but there's something so off about her behaviour that it doesn't seem all that clear cut to me. She's so on edge, ready to snap. I get that she has a lot at stake here, but she seems a bit unstable to me. She needs to chill out and be quiet for a second or two. Eat a cookie! On a more positive note, I would really like to know how she got her stomach to look like it does a mere seven months after giving birth. Guess it's easy enough when you're 20.
The vibe I get from Natasha is very similar to the one I get from Renee, only I feel worse for Natasha, because I'm getting the impression that she's a bit clueless about the real world. Open your eyes, girl. Live for yourself. I don't know. I dig the cultural difference, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to shake her and then sit down with her for a long, long talk.
The "controversial" photo shoot was interesting, but seemed unbalanced to me. Like, some girls had more to work with than others. I wasn't overly impressed with a lot of the shots.

Who was it who said, "I think every model wants to date Nigel Barker. He's so tall!"? That cracked me up.
Jael is... I don't quite know what to make of her yet. I want to like her, but her sudden fever at the shoot made me cringe as I knew it would come up later at panel, thus giving Tyra an excuse to talk about what a self-sacrificing saint she is. Plus, Jael went from "I think I'm going to pass out" to breaking out the hula hoop, which made her fever story extra sketchy. What I do know about Jael, is that she needs to stay away from Renee. "Emotionally draining" friendship is right.
I guess Sarah "looks like a model", but she bugs me for some reason. Felicia is cute. No opinion yet on everybody else.
I fast-forwarded through the sneak peek into the Search for the Next Pussycat Doll or whatever. The entire concept for that show makes me want to hurl. We don't need any more Pussycat Dolls in the music world. Pretty sure we didn't need any at all in the first place.
ETA: Eee, Jake Gyllenhaal on The Daily Show last night! SO. EFFING. ADORABLE.
ETA, the second: Did anybody else watch The Black Donnellys on Monday night? I don't really need another show in my tv-watching schedule, but the premiere was intriguing so I'm probably going to tune in again next week. Oh, and Tommy (Jonathan Tucker) is cute.
