Bored, I need to do something fast before I go completely insane
I've given it some thought, and I've decided that I'm absolutely SICK to death of looking at rangitoto. It's not really the volcanos fault of course. It's in everyones face, it's just that it looks so...boring! It needs a facelift, like they do in hollywood, so I've decided to come up with a plan of burning down all the protected native vegetation that lives on the damn rock. It looks so boring green, and I think black, or charcol is an absolutely super colour! Might even make the news too if I'm lucky. Would anyone be interested? We'll make it a real dry hot sunny day, probably next year, thirsty work I know, but don't worry, I'll supply some beers - ice cold beers! And don't worry, I'm generous! In a chilly bin too. How does it sound? Wipe out some native vegetation for the hell of it, get the wind up the flax skirts of some maori out there? Like I say, it's a good way of passing the time, and hey, it's something to do. So whatdaya say, no go? We'll make a day of it, we'd have a golly old time!
