Been reading (or in the case of some volumes, re-reading) The Adventures of Tintin. It doesn't charm me as much as it did ten years ago, but it's still (mostly) good stuff. I'm reading them in order this time, so I can see the development of art and story and character, which is really enlightening. And yes, there is the racism, awkward but... quaint?
I've been kind of thinking, if Hergé was still alive, or if they continued the series without him, where would Tintin be going these days?

...San Diego Comic Con? Or at least, a pastiche of it?
