Electronic Jungle
Unplugged everything on this side of the room, sorted out the cords, moved them behind dresser, then plugged everything back in. Now all the computer stuff is in one power strip, all the TV stuff is in another, and there's a third for the DVD player and PS2, which are on a different shelf anyway. I also used a marker and just wrote directly on the power strips what each plug was; last time I tried little sticker labels but they all fell off. I still need to get some kind of labels for the wires themselves.
The end result of this is that there is almost no wiring in front of the dresser anymore, which is good because I tend to trip over it; and there's dust everywhere. Everywhere. It's like sand in a bathing suit!
Now, what's my next project? Probably something in the closet. But now it's dark and I can't see. Tomorrow.
