On the road again
A couple would like to take my apartment, as of March 1st.
Thank the Lord. I have too many things going on at once, and having this part taken care of is one step further to moving into a place I like in an area I would like to live in, and be done with it for now.
I will look at a place tomorrow afternoon, and maybe 3 or 4 if I can get the appointments.
My current landlady is a real estate agent, so she said if I can find something I like through her office there will be no realtor charge. Maybe I can find something through them and if so I may be able to secure an apartment without giving them the full deposit immediately. Maybe I can give a few hundred and then give the rest a week before I move in.
We'll see. I'm hoping!
Now I have to start packing, and make as much product as possible so that I have a very, very full inventory already made and labeled so that I don't have to worry about manufacturing for a month or two.
I started with a batch of Menta Fresh. Tomorrow a batch of Lumberjack and maybe Down the Shore.
The place smells like a big mint field. Not that that is a bad thing.
