i made the new york times no-knead bread and it was amazing. like magical amazing. like little bread-making elves went into my oven & placed a perfect loaf of bread in the pot. i squealed a little when i opened it. i really expected the altitude to ruin it (cupcakes collapse everytime) but it worked. there's only 4 ingredients and no work and YOU must try it. magic.

now i must grade papers all day which is much less rewarding.
