My metal-mouth days are finally over!
My braces are finally gone. I called my dentist last week to tell him that I think it was time to remove my braces because I saw that the tooth beside my right front tooth was back to its original place -- the tooth that Rye coined as "the fang". I went to his clinic this weekend to check whether it's time to remove it already or not and voila! He said it was okay to remove it. AFTER ONLY FOUR MONTHS.
He said that with the kind of braces that I got, it would six months to a year for my tooth (not teeth) to get fixed. I was sooo relieved when I found out that it took only four months! Yayness!
I just have to go back there this Friday for my long overdue crowning and to get my retainers.
Now, I don't have to think about food getting stuck in my teeth ever again. Woohooo!!!
But I truly miss the fang.
