think i'm getting sick. 5 shots over 3 or 4 hours should not a trip to the porcelain god make. and tonight i've been getting hot flashes and i'm not sure if maybe it just isn't as cold out cuz usually i'm always cold. and no, i'm not going through menopause; not THAT old yet. think it may be what i've been eating too. mostly meat. last couple times

low doses of residula antibiotics and steroids in most conventional meats don't cook out(even at high temp.) and so are redigested into your system, which if not in large enough doses can only serve to strengthen any bacteria that your imune system usualy has no problems fighting.
this is why i eat no cow.
