I had a dream that I was playing gay chicken with Dr Cox from Scrubs, then I was picked up by a middle aged prostitute who scared off all the younger prostitutes and wouldn't let me leave.

It's like playing chicken, except instead of running at your friend, hoping he'll jump out of the way, you do something gay, like slowly lean into a man kiss, hoping the other guy will . . . well, jump out of the way.

I'm going to answer this question, even though it was not directed to me. Dr. Cox's brother-in-law, Ben (played by Brendan Fraser, by the way), is also Dr. Cox's best friend, and the two engage in a game called "gay chicken," wherein they lean toward each other as though they are about to kiss, and the first person to move away loses, and the winner is crowned the King of Gay Chicken.

If that didn't make sense, I'll just show you the scene and all will be well.
