...so many pieces...
Spent some time in a quiet bar/bistro this evening with my girlfriend. Some beer, and some sweet potato fries with this cream cheese, caramel and nutmeg sauce stuff.
1) I make WAY better sweet potato fries... way better, and baked not fried!
2) I think I could use their idea for a yummy sauce to actually make a yummy sauce. their's was... well...
3) Played chess with my girlfriend, taught her how to play and I think i did a good job of it. I like chess.
I think I ought to open or otherwise run a bar/bistro place like that. I could totally do it better! Better food, music, atmosphere. Somehow I know fair trade coffee would be likely to be involved. Ah well... its an idea anyway.
