Real blue love
He randomly announces throughout the day that he wants some love, when he needs to snuggle, hugs, kisses. It's what replaced nursing and we both love our bonding moment, where we just love each other. I soak it all up because I know well that in just a few years, he's gonna think I'm gross.
Tonight he said to me, "mama, I want some loooove!", the way he does. As we were cuddling he says to me, "mama, I want some reeeal love." And I said, "but this is as real as it gets right here!" And he said, "no, mama, this love is red. This is first love. I want some ..blue love." So I said, "well this is gonna have to for now, cause it's the best!"
Then he asked for a lullaby.
