The Week Ends, the Week Begins
Allright sports fans, I'm coming home for thanksgiving.
I fly out tomorrow afternoon and get in Tuesday night. Becuase it's my first time coming home for thanksgiving after living away, it's a bigger deal than usual, and a few extra family members are flying in. Because of that, some of the weekend will be invariably devoted to family stuff. However, especially Friday-Sunday, I should have some free time to chill with people a little closer to my own age.
So, anyone who wants to see me, give a call. I'll call around too. If my phone isn't bursting at the seams with desperate requests for my company, I'll be disappointed. If I can't pencil you in, then no worries, because after thanksgiving I'm back in school for only two weeks, then I fly home again for a whole month. Not only that, but for the entire month I will have jackshit to do. By the end of December I guarantee you all will be whispering to each other, wondering when the hell I'm gonna leave.
For that reason, I'm going to try and savor this thanksgiving weekend, where my presence will be in high demand.
