Mario Batali is love!
I picked up Mario Batali's cookbook Molto Italiano. Holy crap...I was looking for something to spice up our really boring weeknight dinner routine. This book it is! OH man, great recipes for rabbit, octopus, lovely vegetable dishes, flank steak....I have to cook so many things.
Now, if I could just figure out how to get a good wine. I suck at picking out wine. Like, I usually just go to a froupy upscale grocery store when they have the winemonger working and have the winemonger pick out my wine. Otherwise, I end up picking out the wine and the wine is terrible.
