Stop moving so much. Kibum was never the type of guy that could stay very still for very long. He never took time to just, enjoy life and its’ wonders of stillness-not that sitting on a stool in an awkward pose was enjoyable, but it was better than running around doing meaningless things; like taking out the trash. Why can’t you just paint something else? Like...grapes or something. Or even better, a stool. Minho doesn’t even bother with an answer, he just continues painting. The older, but smaller gives up whining and when Minho notices Kibum's face scrunch up in boredom, he speaks up. Because, another stroke and another sigh before he continues speaking, I wanted to paint something beautiful. He searches for his lover's gaze and doesn’t proceed to finish his reply until he finds it. And, the younger man clears his throat, the only thing that came to mind, was you. The moment he discovers Kibum sitting still with a smile etched onto his face, and the moment those words made their way out of his mouth he realizes he should’ve said them earlier. Besides achieving his goal of enforcing his boyfriend to sit still, he’d also gotten the other to beam with luminous joy, which he couldn’t hide with a mountain of effort.
