I've been on a SNES kick lately, and was playing through Super Metroid for the first time ever (I never had the money to buy it when I was a kid). I was a little over half way through and stopped for a couple days. I picked up tonight to go search for some weapons, and my fuckin' save was gone. All of them wiped. Dammit.
Guess I'm doing surgery on the cart. But it puts that off for a bit. I suppose in the meantime I'll start Final Fantasy III or something. I'm still very sad, though.
