So how have you been? I've been busy. So damn busy. Workworkworkworkwork. 173 hours in 16 days. I get the end of the week off, though, to help a very special girl celebrate a very special day. I think I've earned the time off, and I can't think of a better way to spend it.
I've started watching The Wire; I bought myself season one on DVD as a gift from my huge paycheck, along with Valkyrie Profile for PSP. It's a really brilliant piece of television. It's too bad most TV crime dramas suck hose, yet continue to get huge ratings. Actually good shows like The Wire & The Shield get skipped. Better watch CSI: Bovine Unit.
I went and saw TV on the Radio on Saturday, and that was a bit of a letdown. I love their records, but that sound live is pretty hard to recapture apparently. I love hugely chaotic shows. This wasn't one.
The news ahs really been a shitpile the last few days, eh? Pretty tired of that, but I can't stop from trying to stay informed as to the goings on of the world.
I can't stop yawning.
