So I just got my bird banner crest hoodie from UPS today and I was TOTALLY ecstatic, I tried it on and it fits just fine.

Then later I was looking at it more closely



and I saw this on the inside


then I looked on the other side and there this was


and this was elsewhere on the hood


I'm most likely overreacting, but what could those stains be?? And more importantly will they come off? What should I do? Let me know, TIA!!
