One entity that is currently ticking me off: UPS, for deciding my apartment doesn't exist and not dropping off my book order (they wrote on my tracking info that "the apartment number is missing or incorrect"). Uhm...no. My mail arrives to the address I gave them. I've had UPS packages delivered here before. Yes, local places that come to deliver food sometimes have an issue finding my apartment. Yes, my Wall Street Journal has never been delivered to my door. However, I have recieved cookies made by my father, letters, bills, and various pamphlets without any problems. So grrrrrr...
