In the world

Well yesterday was a games night... I'm not sleeping enough these days. It was a bit of fun. I was probably too tired to play it through and through, so didn't get the voted xp this time ;)

So tonight I went to "dinner/bowling" with this chick I met on the bus, Wona (pronounced Ivonne). I had made a reservation, but the place was closed for a private function. I would have given them a piece of my mind, but she was so ready to move on and not confront anything... I didn't necessarily want to go make a scene. We talked of many things, mostly regarding academics, learning and the nature of things - which was fun. Neither of us were very hungry, so we delayed dinner a bit and sat by the water and chatted. Then she suggested it was a bit too late for dinner when I was suggesting it, and we walked back, she went home (she lives near the qvb). I was left feeling a little strange, like there was a connection and yet there wasn't.

I'm sure if I went over it and compared with a DJBC based performance, I was indecisive, didn't spend enough time listening and a few other things could have been worked on. Not that my goal is the whole "in and out" of DJBC.

Well, I'll have to spend more time with her and get to know her better. I'm a little worried that she won't want to sacrifice time from her studies for things such as getting to know people. We'll see how it turns out.
