Things are a little busy right now (understatement of the century), so I'm afraid my recap of the last Hawaii Five-O ep will have to wait another day or two, by which point people will either a) be feeling pleasantly nostalgic and want to relive the ep, or b) will not give two shits. Oh, well.
Read Ben Elton's
Blind Faith on the weekend, which I would highly recommend if you are looking for a well-written, extremely depressing dystopian novel that is a cross between Fahrenheit 451, 1984, The Handmaid's Tale and the Jerry Springer Show.
Sherlock recs and news: If you still consider the BAFTA results to be spoilers, there are spoilers in these short interviews with
Martin Freeman and
Benedict Cumberbatch. Mainly, though, they're just cute as buttons and praising the hell out of each other. Benedict wants you to know, though, that their relationship DOES NOT INVOLVE THEM GETTING NAKED. We believe you, sweetheart. And on that note, sounds like Martin is completely on board with
Mark Gatiss' take on the characters' relationship. I hope that's an S2 spoiler, honey. :)
And for some recs, try some lovely pining!Sherlock in
Let's Make a Bed Out in the Rain by
theimprobable1 and
First Thing, a gorgeously written, blazingly hot little piece by
nishi_shinji.
