A couple of Monday recs and links.
First, have a gorgeous (NWS) artwork of BBC Sherlock and John by mariemjs: Bliss.
Second, how much do I love this Honolulu news piece on the "Five-O effect"?

In particular, I love that a) Waiola Shave Ice exists and the owner is now reproducing the t-shirts, b) they actually listened to the people who run the USS Missouri site when making the show, and c) the newscasters were all bitchy afterwards about how the tourists are going to make it even harder to get cool stuff. It was like, Geez, now the line at Liliha's is going to be twice as long! I'll never get my damn coco puffs. :)
And third, thanks to bhayling for more info on Scott Caan's photography show this past weekend, which he calls, "Scott Caan: Boobyfest 2011". AHAHAHAHAHAHA. :D And as I was trolling the FB page, my favourite shot was this one of the cast with the Governor of Hawaii and (I presume) his wife (note: may be spoilery for upcoming casting). I have to say I prefer Jean Smart, but at least he looks very jovial. :)
