Yuletide: guess my story!

I don't usually do this, but I'm feeling much more optimistic these days about writing in general, and so if you guess my Yuletide story, you get a - something! I would say a drabble, but I don't do drabbles, so it'll probably end up longer. First correct guesser wins, all comments screened. Have at it! :)
