It's all new to me
So, after much procrastination and promises to shiny4LoVe I've finally gotten myself an LJ!
Jumping straight in there (as always) with no idea whatinell I'm doing. After a brilliant weekend at the Starfury Breakout convention in Heathrow, London, little sleep, meeting heaps of new people, and acting like a giggling fangirl, I'm here tired and confused but elated.
It's all new to me because...
I have an LJ and I have no idea what I'm looking at here! What do I do? How does the Friends thing work (vague vague idea from speaking to the more experienced)? What do I write?
Breakout was my first weekend long convention and it was a truly amazing time meeting so many people with whom I could just chat merrily away.

Meeting Jason was a new and exhilarating and frightening and heart-palpitating experience and I've never felt so giddy before. Those eyes (hazel not brown!), that smile, those fiddly hands)...
I never gave much thought over to Michael Muhney but after meeting him, I'm completely a fan - he's so ebullient, voluble, warm, and loved the messianic scenario on Saturday night.
I hadn't realised how cool Mark Sheppard is and how much he's done!
This is going to be a short one as I am actually at work, in the office, and have a mile long list of crappy things to do.
Big kisses and hugs to Tasha, Lazeema, Sam, Caroline, Tricia, and Liz and more, who made Breakout the great experience it was. I could never have survived it without you guys!
