Its been a long time since ive had much of anything to say. aside from the usual updates in new living arrangements and employments and such, Id rather expound on an old love that ive rediscovered. I realized that its been years (almost a decade) since i last treated myself right. Regular workouts and proper diet have been a stock joke for me ( Read more... )

HI!

the static in my tendons ( my legs sound like rice crispies no matter how much i stretch/warm up--they always have--part of my deformity) scares the crap out of the trainers at the gym.
i go; i won't get on a scale because if it hasn't moved enough i'll get upset and eat a pint of ben & jerry's.
they tell me i can do this--they tell me i can regain myself.
i want to believe them.

anyway--how are you?

Im doing quite well, new place i like (10 minutes from work) living with my girl (stupidly happy together). Its got crazy amenities (3 pools, 3 tennis courts, 2 cardio 1 weight room, 7 acre lake stocked with fish to fish in or just stare at, AWESOME catered food w/ wine bar and live music in the parking lot out front every friday, and some more stuff). Job wise im doing quite well. Set to hire on in a week or so and make more than ive made previously (not sure exactly how much but im already just under my high mark and talk is of numbers i havent seen yet sooo... fingers crossed :P) So much going on and no time (im a god-father now). you getting your place shaped up?

yes--i have one jackass who has not shown to do what he's been paid to do--but i'm finished waiting for him; the backyard just needs to be paved with concrete--and hopefully before too too much longer I'll get my big brother up here to help with that.

i am so glad--so really happy--to hear you are good.
*hug*

Yay for you!

I need to get back to the gym. Maybe then my brain will shut up when it's bedtime and not keep thinking for hours and hours like it did last night. Isn't it strange how, even knowing that exercising and eating right will make you feel better, it's still hard to motivate yourself?

Other than that, I just wanted to say good luck in your new endevor - I shall be your long distance cheerleader (and according to a recent game of Lunch Money, I'm quite a bitchy, sucrose=-sweet cheerleader too.)
