I feel like I haven't posted in a long time...oh wait, I haven't. Things have been so crazed with work and then preparing for my trip to Rome (leave on Friday, yay!) But let's see...what has been happening...
Laura, Pants and I won at trivia one night. Pants knew that there is a 60 ft statue of the Green Giant in Minnesota and I knew that Nic Cage was in a movie called "Firebirds" where he plays a Apache Helicopter pilot.
I am volunteering as a Big Sister and had my first visit with my Little. We went to the beach, collected shells, played with a French Mastiff puppy (so soft and adorable), and played on the swings. Sometimes it is fun to be a kid.
I made chicken pad thai and peach cobbler on Sunday for dinner.
