I will try to use this as inspiration! It could be easy-ish, really. If I could pack something healthy for breakfasts at crizmac, make sure I don't order fries and a coke with my sandwiches for lunch, and work harder to eat my dinners at home (and have good things in the fridge) I could get better on track. My thing is that for my body and heart I really need to be exercising, and that is the one thing I am just fighting, kicking and screaming. Once I recover from my surgery there is something in my life I am giving up to make time and energy for exercise.

also, agreed on the alcohol. Obviously avoiding it now 'cause of the surgery, but I've been trying to cut down on just having a beer to have a beer. I"m going to get Erik on the bandwagon soon too.
