I AGREE. CAS NEEDS A BREAK. I know I didn't give him much of one here, but still. He needs cuddles something fierce. I need to read/write some fluff now.

Interesting idea about who/what the Mother might be. Part of me wants to put the whole "Cas didn't get a hug from anyone" down to flat writing (personally, I thought this episode was one of the not-so well written ones), but the other part of me wants to give him a hug myself, darn it!

I'm on the same boat as you bb! I think you saw my review of the episode on Tumblr, so we're basically on the same page. Definitely not the best writing and if Cas is going to get written like that you might as well leave him completely out and leave him to the professionals that know him inside out. JUST SAYIN!

As for the Mother, I'm sure whatever they choose to do with her will be fun and angsty, but I was like - I WANT TO PLAY TOO. And so I did, for what it's worth. Thanks for reading darlin! I always look forward to your comments. ♥

I did see your review, and that's what got me thinking about it. When I first watched the episode, I felt like something was off, but it wasn't until I read your post that I realized what it was.

I'm sure it will be fun too, but it's always interesting to see what people come up with! That's part of the fun of a show based so much on mythology, I think.

And I'm glad you look forward to my comments. I've always thought that feedback is an important part of writing, so I try and do it as much as I can.
