Job of yay!
Job of yay! is at Friend's Home West.
Reasons it's yay!:
It's a ten minute walk from the apartment, so I won't need to ride the bus to get there.
It's crazy easy. I tray up food for old people, and make sure they get what they want.
It's an "upper-class" restaraunt job, meaning it's for picky, self-important people. This is a good thing, as such jobs pay more and are generally much less stressful. Generally, the less valuable the customers are in a restaraunt, the less valuable the employees.
You have to pass a drug test to even start working, which means I don't have to deal with slacker stoners making my job more difficult and generally being cranky.
They said they can easily start me at $8.00/hr. Which is just awesome.
I just got a phone call in the middle of typing all that, and I go in for orientation on Friday at 10. I was actually hoping to start sooner, but that's ok.
