Hello all (and perhaps no) readers of my LJ Blog...
I'm taking pulse here. Given a friend's recent foray into the "real" blog world, I began to wonder how many people are *really* reading whatever I sporadically write here. By no means was I ever an expose-life's-truths kind of blogger, but I think at most points in the past 4 or 5 years I was able to keep people updated on the doings of my life. But this has given way to more "real" jobs where sitting at a computer with literally nothing to do other than to write about our lives is is short demand. This seems to be the case for most of my LJ cohort--random posts every few months trying to sum up a chaotic mess of events into a somewhat clever paragraph or two.
So--if you feel that you read this blog (I guess this means you must admit to reading this), comment back to me.
I have many options...I believe that most of you will be connected to me via some other networking website (Yes, unlike others, I have them ALL...MySpace, Facebook, Friendster, and probably some others I've forgotten about). It's not like I'll fall off the face of the e-community planet. And I'll still probably jot something here every few months....but heck, let's make sure it's worth the effort!
(BTW--Life is okay. I'm a TA at Harvard this summer, which will keep me busy for the next 7 weeks. My sis is having a baby within the next two, and then in Aug I get to go out to Hawaii to meet little Ryan! Boston is Boston, and grad school is grad school. What else can I say?)
