Well...I think it's been awhile not so sure.
Either way these past few weeks have been crazy for me. We'll start off with last tuesday I went to see the GI doctor for my pains in my side to see if she could help me figure out why I was having these excrutiating pains. She scheduled a cat scan for the next day and an appointment for the following tuesday (tomorrow). But this is not where my story of doctors/nurses/hospitals ends..it is where it begins! So anyway, after being miserable about going back to work because I got absolutley no sleep the night before I went back to my nana maders house to sleep. I got there, she made me tea and let me rest in her bed, I slept for a good 3 hours. I woke up, had lunch and watched some tv with her. After about a half hour of watching tv the pain started getting worse so I decided to go lay down some more..well that didn't help it made it worse..in fact it made it so bad that I could barely walk and was in tears within 20 minutes of sitting there. So finally my mom comes and insists we go to the hospital... so off we go..we got there at like 5:30ish along with..Keith,my other nana,my dad. Me,my nana mader and mom were already there. I got called in at like 7:30 and waited till about 8:30 for the doctor.. then he ordered IV fluid,a cat scan and an x ray..oh yeah and MORE blood (I had a ton taken earlier that day at the GI doctors). So they gave me an IV not in my arm..or on the top of my hand..but on the SIDE yeah..OW. Then I had XRAYs done and at about quarter to 10 they brought me my lovely drink I got to have for my Cat scan. Keith laughed as I tried to choke down this terrible mixture. EWW. So I drank that and by this time my dad and grandmother had left. Keith was sitting with me in my little curtain area..mom and other nana were out in the waiting room. At about quarter of 11 I had to take the rest of the gross liquid for the cat scan and most of that ended up coming back out luckily Keith was sitting right there so he grabbed the empty cup for me to puke in. So we wait and wait and wait..I was supposed to have my cat scan at 11:15..at about midnight Keith decided to go home so he could actually wake up for work the next day. Right after he left they took me in for my cat scan..scary as all hell. I.HATE.TIGHT.SPACES. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, so when I got back mom and nana were there so we waited and waited again..finally they came back to tell me....They couldn't find anything..great (meanwhile it's 2 in the morning) So they gave me a prescription for vicodin and sent me on my merry way with my test results and all. Went to CVS in Brockton, filled my perscription dropped nana off at home, went home..took a vic. went to bed. 3 o clock. Woke up the next day, made an appointment with dr. Paradise (primary doc) for 3:15 went back to sleep until 1..woke up.. ordered Keith's gifts online..went to the doctors. Got told that I needed to "clean out my system" ewwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!! BAD TIMES. Went to work, told them what was going on, stayed home thursday to ahem clean ahem. Worst day.. really bad times. So yeah. That's my adventures with the doctors.. I get to go back tomorrow and probably schedule all kinds of fun tests.. not looking forward to that..I really just want them to figure out what the fuck is wrong with me. It really would be wonderful. UGH.
Anyway..saturday was the nutcracker with Keith awwwwww yay! That was a lot of fun.
Sunday I did absolutley nothing..I decorated the christmas tree and watched frosty,frosty returns, santa claus is comin' to town and the little drummer boy. Seriously, it was an awesome day haha.
Also, I apologize to everyone who I haven't called/called back. I really have just been stressed out because of christmas and this whole thing with my stomach, so i'm so sorry. I owe all of you guys a phone call..and I will..I just gotta catch up on some sleep first. <3
And that's about it...it's been..like I said a crazy coupla weeks. Next weekend (17-19) is NYC. This weekend is work and it's also Kates birthday :D but she doesn't want to do anything. So :P. And then it's christmas..so I don't think the craziness shall stop. Oh well..have a good night everyone
