So tonight I saw an amazing movie call The Motorcylce Diaries. I suggest everyone sees it (especially Darlene!). It's in Spanish with English subtitles which makes you pay more attention to it. I saw it with Sonia, Mario and Ryland who were of course the perfect people to see it with. It was inspiring to me, and if you watch the movie you'll know why. I need to learn more about Che. Anyways, Mario bought roses for Sonia and I and that made me happy. After seeing the movie, we went to Starbucks in Bridgehampton then went to Sonia's house and watching Frida. Another great movie. I admire her art work so much. I think part of the reason I love her work is because it's so different, but also because most people don't understant it. I love being able to understand something that others can't, for some odd reason. It makes me feel intuitive or something. On the other hand, I do wish that others could grasp what I do from work like hers, but then at the same time I guess that's what makes me attracted to it. Has anyone seen The Motorcycle Diaries? I think I'll have a little movie night at my house and we'll watch Basquiat and I Shot Andy Warhol 1) because I'm feeling artsy 2) because Carolina suggested them awhile back. Oy! I have so many movies to watch and catch up on. I have lists and lists. I love being a nerd.
