merry christmas eve!
it's finally here! aly and i have been counting down forever but now we can officially say----it's TOMORROW.
i love christmas.
i don't love it because i get presents. dont say that's bullshit, because i really mean it.
i love it because it's an excuse to spend ridiculous amounts of money on the people you love (which i did)
i love it because it means making tons of christmas cookies (which i did)
it means lighting a house by candles and wrapping gifts with beautiful bows and ribbons.
it means family dinners and holiday charade games and reading The Night Before Christmas and The Polar Express.
it means putting up our beautiful, pine-smelly, deliciously frasier furry christmas tree and decorating it with ornaments, each with a memory their own.
and it means that i just can't find a reason not to smile.
