Animation:
You'd think there'd be a point where even Sabu would think 'this is not a good idea', but...no.

F-List:
I would like to welcome
tigtogiba34 to the crazy. God help you. : P I'm sure we'll get along, though, if your taste in friends is any indication. ^^

Wrestling:
It's things like this that make me feel so sad about this business. Supposedly these are questions answered by Sabu. I could see it, looking at the answers.
1. Favorite Match of your career....
I haven't had it yet.
2. Most Embarrassing moment
Anything involving Corp.
3. Dream opponent
Rob Van Dam
4. If not Wrestling I'd be
I couldn't imagine not wrestling.
5. One time on the road...
There's so many things... Let me get back to you on that.
6. In 15 years I hope to be...
Alive.
While I find it utterly adorable that his 'dream opponent' is Rob - d'awww, people, d'awww - the answers to questions 4 and especially 6 (and 1, to a lesser extent) make me so, so *sadface* God.

Meme:
Your main fandom of the year?
Wrestling, as usual. I breathe wrestling, regardless of how stupid I think it's being and how few wrestlers I actually still really like. It's my 'thing'. I always roll back into it and I enjoy writing the fucked up bastards that run around in it. I love the entire culture, with its bad days and crazy shit, and it fascinates me beyond belief.
Your favourite film watched this year?
Oooh, tricky. The problem with me is that I don't really remember things vividly unless I've come into contact with it recently. I liked The Dark Knights, though not as much as some people did, and I liked Transformers. I didn't like Twilight - then again, I was practically made to see that and I knew I wouldn't like it going in - and apart from that I didn't go all that often. This is going to sound really odd, but it was probably the second Narnia flick. Not because it was epic or all that great - passable, at best - but because of the feeling behind it. I watched it with the kids of the family I'd been staying at in England for half a year, on the last night of my stay. It was my going-away present to them and it was just such a lovely evening. They enjoyed it, I enjoyed it and watching a movie in England is just different than watching it with annoying subtitles months later.
Your favourite book read this year?
Nectar in a Sieve, for school. It's not something I would normally read, but it's pretty eye-opening on many things.
Your favourite album or song to listen to this year?
Delta Goodrem's newest album. She has a song called 'God Laughs' that just sums up what happened to me and my family when my parents separated. (And what went before it.) If you're curious, look up the lyrics.
Your favourite TV show of the year?
I'll take tv-show loosely, as I don't really watch my favourite shows on TV. Things like House, Heroes, Supernatural, and my anime shows aren't on Dutch TVs. Or they're really behind. And Doctor Who, Merlin and Torchwood are on BBC, which we no longer get for some reason.
Favourite had to Torchwood. And it's not just for the canon slash. The storylines are flimsy at best, but I just adore the characters and the gritty use of Whoverse and while my sane mind tells me I should love DW - which I love too, don't get me wrong - I have a 'thing' for TW.
Then there's my anime collection, heh. Bleach, Tales of the Abyss, Vampire Knight and some odds and ends.
Oh, and Wolverine and the X-men, which brings out the child in me.
Your favourite LJ community of the year?
I could go for my own, of course, but that'd be cheap. I think it's KAF, to be honest. I'm not very active, but it's provided me with much hilarity and some awesome picspams. ;)
Your best new fandom discovery of the year?
Tales of the Abyss and Vampire Knight. Merlin is new too, but with as big a fandom it has I should have gotten into it more, which shows me my heart isn't into it yet.
Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
Wrestling, to be honest. I love it more than any fandom, yet it's still not giving me what I'd want from it. I'm sure every wrestling fan can relate. It's crappy, crappy, crappy, and sometimes I wonder why I love it so.
Your TV boyfriend of the year?
Well, most my boys are wrestlers and several of them off TV. If we're looking at adoration and obsession, it's probably - *headdesk* - Sabu.
If we're looking actual on-air stuff then it's probably...hmmm, Ianto Jones.
Runners-Up:
Rob Van Dam, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, House, Mohinder Suresh, Zaraki Kenpachi, Wolverine, Colossus, Rhino...
Your TV girlfriend of the year?
Definitely Maria, above all of them. My huge girl-crush on her is only growing. Wantwantwant.
Runners-Up:
Toshiko Sato, Donna Noble, Maryse, Michelle McCool, old!Ruby.
Your biggest squee moment of the year?
Jack returning to a broken Torchwood and reuniting with Ianto. Yes, I'm a silly slashy fangirl on that one.
The most missed of your old fandoms?
I don't think there's really any that fell away lately...
The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
Doctor Who. My heart is into it, but my fandom activity and writing isn't. I'm scared to, though.
Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year?
I...don't know. Torchwood's newest season, I think, and seeing what the new Doctor is like. Maybe find out what Christian can do to help out WWE and if wrestling as a whole can kick-start its engines. Plsohpls.

OTP:
I watched one of the RVDTV episodes today - there's this 24 hour trial 'try-out' that was cheap, so I gave it a go - and luckily the ones I got to watch included the one episode where Sabu shows up. (And Chris Masters and Batista, incidentally.) The four of them - well, not all together, obviously - went to a very gorey horror flick. So gorey that you could see the disturbed look on Batista's face when he left the movie-theatre after it was finished.
It's so amusing to see Rob go all ga-ga, though. I swear, he's fine talking to Batista and his bodyguards, making smalltalk about signing contracts before he's allowed to broadcast anything - Batista's worries that it was some sort of 'sheet' related camera were amusing - but when he got to Sabu he started asking stupid questions. XD And subtly - okay, maybe not so subtle - trying to drag Sabu off into the sunset. Oops, sorry, movie-mind speaking there.
Rob: "What did you think of the movie?"
Sabu: "It was gross."
Rob: "Would you recommend it to kids?"
Sabu: *laughs* "No. No way."
Rob: "Would you recommend it to horror movie fans."
Sabu: *nods and prattles nonsensically*
Rob: "Would you recommend we take off and head to highway 420? Get outta here. It's about that time."
Sabu: *nods*
He's an eloquent bastard, isn't he. : P And isn't it cute that they went on a date? (With Rob's wife present, but then I never said they were subtle, right?)
They're shitty caps, but it's the best I could do. *shrug* Sowwy.
Batista, Masters...
And Sabu, looking like a homeless person, as usual.
The movie scared Masters. I was just laughing at the gay pony behind him.
Sabu: "Is he flirting with my boyfriend?"
Sabu: "He's flirting with my boyfriend..."
Rob: "I wouldn't..."
Sabu: "That does it. I'm gonna kill him."
Rob: "This is not at all awkward. Ah-uh."
Rob: "I'm so-"
Sabu: "Shut up, we're going home."
Also, geek!boy walking around Tokyo is hilariously geeky..
Don't ask me why he felt the need to tell us that. You learn a whole load of useless crap on these shows. XD
Them's big, though.
I c whut u did thar.

Wank:
I'm not even going to mention it. Nope. Not happening. No wank. (Just check your flist, I'm sure the shit'll show up sooner or later. XD)
