Carmax is so smrt
About 2 weeks ago Kaz went to CarMax and traded in his truck for a Ford Explorer. He saw a picture of it on the Internet and sent an e-mail asking to come in and see it. When he didn't get a response, he called, made an appointment, and bought the SUV.
Last night, he got a voicemail responding to his e-mail request. The guy said that Kaz couldn't come look at the SUV because it's been sold. Except that Kaz was the one who bought it.
