quality? of course
not trying to blow smoke up my ass but im pretty damn good at my job. infact i fucking rule at it. i get my shit done way faster than most and its done right. but it seems everything is slipping from people's minds and also their workload and has found itself thrust upon me. of course me being me, and being an awesome worker has to pick up the slack. aside from one other manager in my department everyone is pretty subpar. though two have semi legit excuses cause they are fairly new but fuck. i cant do everything by myself and dont expect me to do it either. i know every year i say this but im quitting. the events these past 8-9 months have made it THAT much easier to take myself away from the situation and hang up my hat and say enough is enough. =D
